Frontlist is a product of Aunesty, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These terms govern your use of Frontlist (the "service"), available at www.frontlistpro.com.
You need an account to use Frontlist. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to create an account.
Frontlist provides catalog and edition management, private file versions and approvals, technical readiness checks, prepared submission packages, delivery records, and campaign tools. A prepared package preserves the metadata and file versions used at preparation. You complete publishing and application delivery in the destination’s service and record its acknowledgement in Frontlist. Preparation actions, including opening, copying, and downloading, do not constitute delivery or acceptance. You remain responsible for your publishing accounts, content, rights, provider requirements, and the accuracy of the receipts and status records you enter.
Frontlist offers a limited free tier and paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal inside the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
You retain all rights to the information you enter into Frontlist, book titles, formats, platform statuses, vendor notes, and anything else you add. We do not claim ownership of your creative work. Frontlist stores metadata and, when you choose to upload them, private manuscript, cover, and audio files. You authorize us to store and process those files to provide version history, technical checks, approvals, snapshots, package downloads, and delivery history. You are responsible for holding the rights required to upload and distribute your files. Technical checks and author approval records do not guarantee acceptance by a publishing platform. Archived versions remain stored; approved versions and versions referenced by a submission snapshot must be retained until their approval and referencing snapshots are removed. Snapshots used by packages are retained with the package history. Deleting a book or edition removes its associated file records, snapshots, packages, and activity history and queues its stored files for deletion.
Don't use Frontlist to store or transmit anything illegal, to attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or to interfere with the service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep Frontlist available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, make changes, or occasionally experience downtime.
Frontlist is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aunesty, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost sales, lost data, or missed publishing deadlines. Your use of Frontlist doesn't replace your own diligence in managing your actual publishing accounts and submissions.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers by email.
