The rules for promoting Frontlist as an affiliate.
Any Frontlist author account can apply to become an affiliate. Applications are reviewed and approved individually, approval isn't automatic, and applying doesn't guarantee acceptance.
Once approved, you'll get a unique referral link. Use it in your own content, newsletters, social posts, communities you're part of, wherever makes sense to you. Don't misrepresent Frontlist, make false claims about it, or use deceptive means (like cloaked links or spam) to drive clicks.
You earn a one-time commission when someone who signs up through your link completes their first payment. This is a single payment, not a recurring share of their subscription. Your commission rate is set individually when you're approved and may be adjusted at Frontlist's discretion.
Commissions are reviewed and paid out manually. You can see what you've earned and what's still pending in your own affiliate dashboard at any time. Payout timing and method are handled directly with you, outside of the Frontlist platform itself.
Don't refer yourself, create accounts to generate your own commissions, or misuse the referral system in any way. Don't bid on Frontlist's own brand terms in paid advertising. Violating these terms can result in your affiliate status being revoked and any pending commissions withheld.
Either side can end the affiliate relationship at any time. If revoked, your referral link stops working, but commissions already earned before that point are still owed and will be paid out normally.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use your affiliate link after a change means you accept the update.
