# Frontlist > Frontlist is publishing workflow software for independent authors. It keeps each title, format, approved file, identifier, destination status, submission history, and live retailer link together. Frontlist is operated by Aunesty, LLC. Public product and resource pages are available without authentication. Private application and API routes are not public reference material. ## Primary pages - [Frontlist home](https://www.frontlistpro.com/): Product overview for independent authors. - [Features](https://www.frontlistpro.com/features): Catalog, edition, file, readiness, submission, and campaign workflows. - [Pricing](https://www.frontlistpro.com/pricing): Current Frontlist plans. - [Guide](https://www.frontlistpro.com/guide): Click-by-click new-user manual. - [Resources](https://www.frontlistpro.com/resources): Free publishing checklists and reference tools. ## Library import and author profiles - [Library import guide](https://www.frontlistpro.com/guide#library-import): Intake from supported public author catalog pages, multiple book links, or a catalog CSV. Batch metadata retrieval, edition matching, duplicate detection, review of missing or conflicting values, and retention of each edition's retailer URLs. Retrieval progress and review choices can be saved and resumed. Changes are committed only after confirmation. - Author and pen-name profiles remain saved independently of books, with an Add book under this author action. - Author pages provide only exposed public listings. Retailer restrictions may prevent complete retrieval. CSV is the most complete starting list. Per intake: up to 5,000 CSV rows, CSV under 5 MB, 2,000 retrieval links, and 50 catalog pages. Free allows one title total; Pro supports larger catalogs. Import does not upload private publishing files or independently verify live retailer status. ## Publishing specification reference - [Human-readable publishing platform matrix](https://www.frontlistpro.com/resources/publishing-specs): Sourced comparison of metadata, ISBN, content-file, cover, category, and preflight rules for Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Draft2Digital, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo Writing Life, Barnes & Noble Press, and ACX. - [Publishing platform matrix in Markdown](https://www.frontlistpro.com/publishing-specs.md): Complete ungated text reference with platform sections, checklists, and first-party sources. - [Publishing platform matrix in JSON](https://www.frontlistpro.com/publishing-specs.json): Structured data for the same eight platforms.
